Graphic Designer

We are Nexxt Industry, Europe’s leading eMobility marketing agency. We work closely with electric mobility brands and help them accelerate their growth and make more impact. We are a full-service marketing agency offering services ranging from proposition development, brand identity design, and marketing strategy to day-to-day services like content creation, copywriting, design, social media marketing, and paid media campaigns. We are a remote and diverse team working closely with some of Europe’s leading eMobility brands.

As an agency, we are on a rapid growth path, developing a team of the most talented eMobility marketers. To further expand our design team, we seek a graphic designer with 1-3 years of experience at an agency or leading brand.

What you will be doing

Your key responsibility is to create and deliver professional creative content to our clients that resonates with their audiences and helps their business grow. Your main focus will be on visual asset creation, such as social media content (posts and ads), website content, banners and flyers, landing pages, infographics, etc. You are experienced with Adobe CS, including: InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and able to create both static and animated content. You stay up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends and look for ways to advise on new strategies and content ideas to our clients.

In this position, you will be working closely with our lead designer. As we grow in the coming years, your role will evolve too, allowing you to grow and take on more responsibility.

This is you

• We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of relevant working experience at an agency or leading brand.
• You are a highly creative person and know what content works best in digital media.
• You know your way around Adobe CS and can create both static and animated (2D) content. If you are able to create 3D animations, that is considered a big plus.
• You have a good eye for detail, ensuring we deliver high-quality work.
• You are an advocate for remote working, as our work is done remotely 99% of the time. You appreciate the benefits of remote working, are a self-starter, and can work independently. 
• You speak English fluently, other European languages would be a great advantage, too.
• You are friendly, client-focused, and fun to work with. Even though we work remotely, we have a lot of contact during working days and have fun while doing our best work.  
• You live in an EU country. 
• You are environmentally conscious and motivated to make a difference.

What the role offers

• A position for 32 or 40 hours per week.
• Gross salary between € 2,900 - € 3,300 per month full-time depending on experience.
• An 8% holiday allowance.
